Debate: Should Scotland ban single-use disposable vapes?

The Scottish and UK Governments are both currently considering a ban on disposable, single-use vapes over concerns about children's health.
Is this justified or should we take an alternative approach?

We brought together Sheila Duffy who's the chief executive of the health charity ASH Scotland and Pete Cheema, who's head of the Scottish Grocers' Federation, which today called for a more 'nuanced' debate and outlined measures which they think would help reduce vaping among the young.
