What Technology Would Aliens Need To Reach Earth?

In 2017 an extraterrestrial object entered our solar system; this object was the asteroid Oumuamua, a body that did not come from any region of the solar system but the outside. It was an interstellar object that came from outside the solar system. (10)

Some scientists like the famous particle physicist Stephen Hawking came to think that this asteroid was nothing more and nothing less than an extraterrestrial spacecraft that was visiting our solar system.
1. CHEMICAL FUEL

The rockets we use to get out of the earth run on solid or liquid fuel made from chemicals on the ground.
2. GRAVITATIONAL ASSISTANCE

The fastest spacecraft ever created by humanity is the Parker probe studying the Sun, which reached a speed of 150 kilometers per second
3. PULSE NUCLEAR PROPULSION

In 1946 the particle physicist Stanisław Marcin Ulam who participated in the Manhattan Project proposed a novel project called "ProjectOrion" that aimed to build a spacecraft capable of reaching very high speeds with nuclear energy.
4. ANTIMATTER

The first of these technologies would be an antimatter engine.
Antimatter, as the name implies, is a matter with charges opposite to ordinary matter. That is, if you have a negatively charged electron, an antielectron would be an electron, but with a positive charge, the opposite of the electron we know.
5. WARP SPEED

The first of these technologies is WarpSpeed, so you understand quickly. This idea was first presented in the famous Star Trek television series. The Enterprise ship used a curvature displacement motor to travel faster than light.
6. WORMHOLES

Wormholes are cracks in space-time that connect two points in the universe.

One technology absolutely essential is a device to create crop circles. Aliens have a weird sense of humor, willing to invest trillions of dollars to build intergalactic spaceships so they can spread across the universe creating these beautiful designs in other's corn fields.

The thing about antimatter is that it’s hard to make, hard to store and hard to use. The energy released is mostly neutrinos, which pass through meters of ordinary matter without interaction.

Yep, l'll call it. One of the best documentaries our Curious friends have yet put together. ❤

All these reasons various propulsion techniques won't be feasible are all based on lifespans being similar to us. If aliens lived for thousands of years, many more options are available.

The most intriguing thing about Oumuamua was its shape. Future space vessels will have similar designs.

I'm happy Omuamua was merely an asteroid and not a full sized planet! OR A STAR!!!

We don't really know if it was asteroid. We've never seen a asteroid of that shape and we've looked at 1000s of them. It moved faster out of the solar system without out gassing and that was very strange . The only thing that kinda represented it was a expelled rocket that we lost in the 70s and found later orbiting the solar system. It moved faster because because it was shiny and almost worked like a solar sail .

Who knows they could make their ship invisible.

All aliens really need to travel between the stars is a really long life span relative to ours. The longest living mammal lives 400 times longer than the shortest living mammal. An alien with a lifespan 400 times longer than ours would have a lifespan of about 32, 000 years.

Oumuamua. It's not as dense as it should be, and the wild rotating & gyrating, should have broken it apart a long time ago. Yet it holds together as it accelerates out of the solar system, accelerating and going faster than when it came in. That's why some scientists still think it's some kind of space probe.

I would think they use some type of anti-gravity. If not even the speed of light can escape gravity, imagine anti-gravity for propulsion!

This is not science just entertaining video. Can't talk about tech we don't know about...

I guess they would pretty much the same technology that we would need to go and visit them

I'd say they'd need to have their heads read!
P.S Quick, get out while you can. 👽

Interesting, but Stephen Hawking would not have described himself as a "particle physicist"!

'Oumuamua was NOT just like every other Asteroid out there. That's why all the buzz about it. Because it WAS and IS different.

All types of ways to reach light speed. How do we stop from such speeds is my question….

I think they use antimagnetic gyro perpultion technology 🪐

If travel between the stars was possible, other intelligent life forms would have visited us by now and not talking about these silly UFO sightings.
We need to get use to the idea, traveling to distance stars is not possible, will not be ever possible. Even if you could travel at light speed which is impossible in it's self, light speed is just to slow.
This is our little patch of space, we can explore this and look at other stars and planets through our telescopes, but that's as much we could ever do, so forget this fantasy of traveling to other distant planets, will never happen.
