As an American whose father was Ukrainian, I appreciate the good things that the Ukrainians say about Americans. After the start of the war, my daughter and I donated money for Ukrainian humanitarian aid. I wish for peace as soon as possible. 🇺🇦 🇺🇸

God bless Ukraine! Victory to Ukraine! Here in America we talk a lot about democracy and freedom but you Ukrainians are fighting and sacrificing for democracy and freedom. God bless you! And my advice: you don’t want a two party system, a multi-party system would be preferred by most Americans I think. Also, I’m a little confused by what the “American lifestyle” is supposed to mean. We just work and live our lives like anyone else. Regardless, I hope Ukraine and the USA will be friends and allies for a very long time.

I know there are a lot of problems in the US too, but many Americans just don't realize how fortunate they are to be born threre.I'm not talking about people that have it rough, but people that have decent lives and still complain like US is the last country in the world.

And Americans like Ukrainians too! We see ourselves in Ukrainians. The good, brave side of us….not our current divided politics…but the core of us and what almost all Americans believe in.

That’s why you see so many Ukrainian flags flying in little towns here. I pray that the war ends soon so that innocent Ukrainians can rebuild their lives.
