22:39 every scripted chase has the appearance of the last victim(that's why the other time you try to unlock the door the ao oni has mikas hair because that is the scripted chase) and the version that your playing has 10x more random encounters that the original and I recommend playing the original but if you want to play the new version it's harder with all of the random encounters hop this helps

the reason why ao oni had hair is because when he kills one of the others they become the demon to so two of them are chasing you at this point
