Ingredients:
(makes 2 baked apples)

- 2 apples, sweet
- 50g (3 1/2 tbsp) butter
- 25g (about two tbsp) brown sugar
- 1/2 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 25g (3 tbsp) all-purpose flour
- 40g (7 tbsp) oats
- pinch of salt
- vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce for serving (optional)

Bake in 180°C for 25-35 minutes until the apples become soft.
