That's not even mildly plausible. Prosecutors cannot move up trial dates without opposing counsel present. Even approaching a judge about it could be basis for disbarring procedures.

Jessica is right. The Judge would never have granted that motion nor a private meeting to discuss the case without the other side being there as it is a violation of his rights. That alone would be open the trial to be thrown out and the judge left with a black mark on her record (which will ruin a Judge's career). As much as I enjoy this show it gets very loose with the law in order to dial up the drama an extra notch.

All 3 of em came 2 realise that Mike Ross was far better than all 3 of them put together, he had photographic memory plus knows how to count and all 3 of them know Mike Ross was far ahead than anyone they met and brilliant lawyer.
