Harvey tries to reason Mike, but their conversation ends in a fist fight.

Season 05, Episode 16, 25TH Hour,
As Mike’s day of reckoning draws near, it threatens to shatter the lives of those closest to him. Faced with the uncertain outcome of his knockdown, drag-out court battle, Mike makes the one play he has left. Meanwhile, he and Rachel must make a huge decision about their future together. Louis battles an old friend to protect the firm from an outside threat, while Jessica fights to keep the firm intact from within. And Harvey and Donna come up with one last long shot move that could save Mike but at great cost to Pearson Specter Litt.

Show Synopsis: "Suits" delves into the fast-paced, high-stakes world of a top Manhattan corporate law firm where hotshot associate Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht, “Love & Other Drugs”) makes a risky move by hiring Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams, “Old School”) a brilliant but unmotivated college dropout, as his associate. As he becomes enmeshed in this unfamiliar world, Mike relies heavily on the firm’s best paralegal Rachel (Megan Markle, “Horrible Bosses”) and Harvey's no-nonsense assistant Donna (Sarah Rafferty, “Brothers & Sisters”) to help him serve justice. With a photographic memory and the street smarts of a hustler, Mike proves to be a legal prodigy despite the absence of bonafide legal credentials.

Mike may have not grown up with a father but ended up with the big brother he never knew he needed.

That moment you realise Harvey knew exactly what was going to happen when he saw Mike in the back of the church and was able to have his car and driver ready outside without anything needed to be said at all

I honestly wonder if they didn't tell Patrick J Adams that Harvey was going to shatter a glass right next to his head. Because his shock was so genuine. Terrific acting!

Truth is, Harvey was one of the most lonely people in suits. That scene just never leaves the head where he calls Donna and Mike, only to go it for voicemail. He just wanted someone to talk.
And ofc everyone leaving him, whatsoever the reason, was always there.

Watch how Harvey is falling apart at the end, he is more upset than Mike, he has to correct himself to stand up be brave, he falling apart inside, watching Mike walking away, Harvey is heartbroken, even though Harvey tells us he doesn't do emotions. Harvey is more upset than Mike is, just like at scene when the judge tells Mike he has 72 hours to report to Danbury federal prison, it's Harvey that is more upset, than Mike is, in the judge's chambers.

The fact that Harvey knew Mike needed to do that

This wasn’t even getting into a fistfight. This was Harvey working Mike up and pushing him until the bottled up anger came out and then Harvey just letting Mike beat on him.

I haven't watched the show, only clips, but I feel bad that these best bros are fighting each other. It comes from a place of respect and love.

I get the feeling Harvey throwing that glass was unscripted and it shook Mike in reality and they kept filming the scene.

It seems on the surface that Harvey feels guilty so he let Mike hit him....
Plot twist: Harvey doesn't want Mike to marry Rachel.
