Deputies Enter Private Property Without Consent - Things Get UGLY!

Hello good people and welcome back, today’s video is definitely a wild one and it’s coming to us from the channel Josef Martinez. This video takes place in Merced California and it involves Deputies Aguilar, Mobley and Lemans of the Merced County Sheriff’s office. So Josef had reached out to me on one of my videos last night and asked that I share and break down his video. Now, Josef thinks he messed up in this video, but in reality he did the best job he could have possibly done. These deputies show up on his property looking for someone that does the live there. And lets just say things get ugly, real fast.

Once the police stopped dressing as police and started dressing as a quasi military goons they took on the persona of the gestapo. It is time to demilitarize the police and put them back into the roles they were intended to be. A public service that protects and serves the public.

I like how when the dept. issued a statement that they admit that they had to wait to enter until they obtained an arrest and search warrant and the reason for the arrest was because he was uncooperative and interfered in an investigation. This whole arrest was just to stop the camera from recording.

The funny thing is the place the other guy was at is next door with a separate entrance gate. The cops left and came back to the correct address with a warrant in hand and the guy they were looking for came out from the place he was at, next door. They knew they were wrong and his atty is going to eat them up, "Did my client tell you to get a warrant? YES? and when did you get it? Oh After you arrested him? Isn't that putting the cart before the horse? What is the charge? Obstructing/interfering? Did he tell you that you were trespassing? It sounds like he was telling you that you were mistaken in your location, you are lucky he didn't resist an unlawful detention, which this is, so you arrested him THEN got the warrant why? 'Cause he told you too? 'Splain this Lucy"

Worse than spoiled kids. Property owner tells them to get off the property and they step even further onto the property. Their disdain for the public is palpable.

Not only do I hope Joe files a lawsuit against the department I hope Joe goes after these tyrants individually. If they have to pay out of their pockets they might think twice about doing it again.

These deputies absolutely need to be dismissed starting first and foremost with Aquilar. Aquilar also need to catch several criminal charges including assault, trespassing and breaking and entering and kidnapping.
