I'd put Constantinople (Istanbul) as being the second most beautiful, and New York the third.

As an African, a Kenyan to be precise, I have been privileged to have visited at least 14 of these cities and over 100 others not on this list, Prague, Dubai countless times including last month, London, Paris, Bruges, Jerusalem, Newyork, Hongkong, Singapore, Capetown, Havana venice, Rome, Istanbul and were it not for the pandemic I would have already visited Cusco, and several others.
