There is no county personalized method to resolve the flooding issues that the whole state has particularly on the shores. I think eventually there will be a state income tax. You can't have 67 counties doing things their own way with flood mitigation. We need a levy or dike system. You can't "insure" the problem away.

Until you see solid citizen insurance companies like AMCIA start writing new polices in Florida, you will still have a mess on your hands. No one will touch my policy except for Citizens because even though the sink hole has been repaired for over 10yrs.

Florida is Over Built and the Roads... Bridges... And many Infrastructures are coming Due for Improvements and Maintenance.... Tax... Tax .. Tax .. and Raise Rents....
