Can't wait to build one of your boats Brian. My two cents though is not to get too carried away with getting them to nest and making compromises to do so. The vast majority of people are going to build just one canoe and/or have room to store two.

I've really been loving these videos, and have been watching from the beginning of these canoe videos. I've not made a canoe yet, but I have a family and would love to make something like this that could possible carry 2 paddlers and possibly a passenger in the middle. Would something in the 14' range work with a seat in the stern and bow? Thanks so much and I can't wait for the plans!

Maybe you can make them wider and use the insertable seats to produce a compression/tension tumblehome effect on the hull.

Would a spreadsheet which calculates length of rib given width, rocker, sheer, etc be helpful? Perhaps I could help you with that.
