I have had tinnitus for 12 years, triggers lack of sleep and while tinnitus causedmy lack of sleep.quietness accelerates the level of Tinnitus louder.hearing aides with masking white noise helps some just a little bit. Definitely aggravating for me every day all day long ... rarely stops to give me a break. Loud 24 hrs 7 days

Will try to reduce this tinnitus with some of these hacks. Sleep, worry, need to meditate. Can do some reduction tips to reduce this awful annoying problem. Can't wait to hear more about meditation
