Very very interesting interview, thank you Jay🎉. I am 3rd generation of Indonesian-Chinese who do not speak Chinese. My late Papa told me one day Taiwan will be back or reunite peacefully. No bloodshed needed. At that time I thought it was only a wishfull thinking because PRC was economically away too far from ROC. Look now, they are almost equal. There must be more and more understanding and thoughtfulnes of both young generations. Our blood is thicker than wine. Anywhere in the world we are called chinese. Do not let others interfere. ❤

I think these students are quite unbiased compared to many media. Maybe many people dont want to fight the richmen's war. Poor people are already living difficult lives, should give us a break, the majority of the world's population are still struggling to make a living. What we need is connection and empathy for one another not more wars.
