YES. Finally, someone else used the term "chirps". That's Precisely how I teach it.

This is great, exactly what I was looking for - direct descriptions of the how and the why something is wrong and example outcomes. Saves me going through another 20 minute video skipping past what stretching is, what a whirlpool is etc.

Evidence based and efficient, fits well with the Decent ethos.

I finally nailed the milk steaming; for the longest time, my texture was good, but the milk would go under and create no art. Put the steam wand in the spout toward the center of the pitcher, and this being the key, tilt to the right or left toward the wall until you get a circular swirl around the edge (all the way around). You want this swirl and not mountains; you will get milk art every time.

Just as most other people on the planet, I only have access to UHT milk. The stuff won't steam well, whatever technique you use.
