I really do love how Mandible is not angry about the punch but he was betrayed by Cutter, this shows how much corrupt Mandible is with power and perfection by trying to eliminate the "weak elements" of the colony, and this shows just how Cutter cares a lot about the colony :)
(Edit: it's still one of my favorite scenes from DreamWorks! :D)
