I mean the theoretically this is possible so say for instance this is the timeline

DM1: October-November
DM2: December-January (this is where Lucy gets pregnant)
DM3: January-March happens straight after DM2 so it doesent appear Lucy is pregnant
DM4: February the next year. They should have slightly changed but it’s only a year and a bit
