Had this issue on Wednesday. I think it took about an hour to update 4 apps (had the continuous spinning circle) and could not download an app to save my phone's life. Think Apple Support only mentioned about a 1/3 of the potential fixes/work arounds in this video, so this would have been much easier to use. In the end, had to get a new phone due to a firmware/hardware issue.

I have tried all of these tips, including Apple Support and I still cannot get my Apps to Update nor can I download music or movies to my iPhone or to my PC (Home or Office Computer), but thank you for the information. Much Appreciated :)

I have been having issues with my 12 not letting me download new apps, I would go to use my face ID to authorize the download, and it'd say "Payment Not Complete", even though I updated my payment method.?
Should I call support, orrr....?

90% of the Time it’s a DNS problem. To fix it you should hold the tiny button on the router down for 30 seconds and let it refresh/renew the Your IP.

Question: How would I go about turning off a setting that would allow my phone to stop indexing through my messages?
Example: When I open up my messaging app and search for a message. Sometimes at the bottom of all the conversations it will say “More results will show once messages finish indexing.” I just want to know how I would turn this setting off so my phone isn’t constantly trying to index through my messages! Thanks!
