After i updated to the latest version, I just reentered my payment method and region info ( the same contry and region) and payment and shipping info, and it worked, i have no idea why this error happened lol, thanks 🤘🏻

Also, if you’re receiving the “billing problem with shared account” message. It helped me to click on media purchases, view account then purchase history and I found a charge that was from a few days prior that hadn’t processed.

If y’all didn’t purchase any apps, I recommend to just make a whole new account. It does save all the apps you had ( not the one you purchased ) and keeps most of the data ik pretty sure, but most importantly the billing problem won’t occur anymore.

If the billing issue keeps happening maybe it happens bc you made a purchase that you couldn’t paid and it’s still pending it won’t prob show up but is still pending so you have to pay first try putting a new banking account and added as a new billing and make sure it has money on it so whatever it still pending it will charge you account this is what helps me hope it work for y’all

Like I try to download games and then it says after something wrong with someone in my families billing information and then when I try to do it on my iPad it says I have to add a payment method and then when I put in my online card because of I haven’t got my physical card for my debit card app because they deliver it to you which it’s been over three months since it was supposed to be to my house delivered it was supposed to be at my house in 2023 on October 18 but it still hasn’t arrived
