It was an incredible experience. And hear Sarah Brightman performing as Norma, was amazing. I was moved to tears by such vulnerability and power in her act. It was truly a masterpiece.

I've seen 4 Joes in "Sunset Blvd" all around the globe ... Alan Campbell (Broadway), John Barrowman (West End), Hugh Jackman (Melbourne) and Michael Cormick (Sydney concert version). Tim Draxl"s voice is utterly perfect for this role - rich, masculine, desperate and dramatic. Am seeing the show this Saturday night at the Sydney Opera House ... can't wait!

I have seen Sunset Boulevard in different productions and cast. Tim sings this song so well and this is my favourite version if not the best version. You’ll be the judge.

I don't know why Sarah is getting not great press over her portrayal. Yes she isn't like other performers. Her Norma is not a one note crazy person. She is fragile, near the edge, emotional and hurt. She is also clearly delusional. And then snaps at the right time. It's quite good.

Show was as good as I’ve seen, and I’ve seen lots. Often play the soundtrack. This Australian production delivered in spades. Anyone in Sydney should see it If they can.

Just saw this in Sydney at a matinee, was good fun. Didn't realise Sarah Brightman wasn't doing the Wednesday matinees so I missed seeing her. But great show nonetheless.
