A good tip that has always worked for me is when ever I drink pop, tea, wine ect. drinks that stain your teeth, I use a straw. This lessens the amount of contact these drinks will have on your teeth! I find that just by doing that I can still enjoy my favorite drinks without having to cut them out completely!
