Ingredients:

2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
1 Cup of White Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
430g Can of Crushed Pineapple in Juice
Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar (for dusting)

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 45 minutes
