Thanks Mike for this video, it was really helpful. I had to use "classic view" to find the "calendar app" today. Probably because this video is 2 years old. Still helpful though, because if you add a "channel calendar or agenda" you can not get a month-view. If you do it this way it works just fine.

As a staff calendar, could I use it to keep up with staff on vacations and conferences for everyone to see? With creating an event- will everyone get a notification on the day of- (like when a meeting is about to occur) I just need visual content, I do not need staff getting notifications as if it was a meeting, just a visual on who is not at work, working from home or at a conference.

Mike, great tutorial and usefull. Is there a way that this can be placed in to the students calander without approval. From our present SIS this is possible and students see there homework.

Do the calendar events show on the users teams app calendar or do they have to go directly into the team and the added app to see the events?

Can I use this to make a shared calendar for several groups? Even a shared calendar for the whole web to see?

Is this the same way I would create my "office hours?" I want students and staff to select times to meet w/me based on my availability.

Very useful, but what about the link? Creating an event in this calendar does not have a link, so it is useless.
