I dont think u should be moving hips cause u feel abs better when hips is locked

my problem with this exercise is weight. i m using the rp app and tried this one out for abs and i ended up doing 20-30 reps and stop when it gets dull and starts to burn a bit even though i could do more. i just cant get in the position to do the crunches with heavyer weight. am i doing it wrong or is it common to be able to crunch than bodyweight?

PS: wtf are those silly shoes

This just makes my front quads burn. Fucking nautilus never made a crunch machine for 6'6 tall people. So this is the only ab excersice i can do and it sucks

Tried it... Everything hurts except abs... back to Modified Candlesticks... Probably need more explanation.
