Their mechanism of action is to delay gastric (stomach) emptying. When this occurs you feel full longer but that fullness can cause acid reflux and esophagitis. The irritation to the esophagus can also cause a chronic cough, hoarseness and interrupted sleep - all symptoms we see in Hiatal Hernia Syndrome.

I started to suffer from heart palpitation& heart tightness after using saxenda. I think it is related to issues you have explained in this video&channel.
If i visit to your clinic and start treatment, could we find out way to use saxenda without heart discomfort? I really don’t want to give up this medicine.
