That's complete nonsense! If a company after receiving hundred applications for a job can't find a suitable candidate, requiring them to repost. That's a company issue! Not a linkedIn or a candidate problem. If a recruiter internally isn't doing their job the way they are supposed that's also a company issues.
If a company laid off their recruiters and now are struggling to hire that's a company issue. So this needs to be made clear. The repost means the company is so dysfunctional in their hiring process that it is usually a big RED flag!!! Don't apply to a reposted job, it's as simple as that!
