Features
【Dual-Gear Direct Extruder】The new dual-gear direct extruder with a better grip on the filament and strong pushing force for smoother filament feeding and more stable & accurate printing, which greatly reduces the risk of nozzle blockage and under extrusion, and printing well with PLA, ABS, PETG and even flexible filaments like TPU.
【Larger Print Volume】The larger-than-average build volume of 320x320x400mm/12.59 x 12.59 x 15.74 inches gives you enough space to freely arrange your prints, print larger models, or carry out batch printing with high efficiency.
【Auto Bed Leveling】ELEGOO Neptune 3 Plus adopts a non-contact high precision sensor to collect the deviation data at 49 (7x7) points of the hotbed, and then automatically adjust the Z-axis height to compensate for any irregularities and unevenness of the printing bed. There are also hand-twisting knobs underneath the hotbed to fine-turn the print bed with a single twist, thus ensuring a perfect first layer print.
【PEI Magnetic Platform】PEI magnetic platform with special coating and spring steel sheet for good adhesion and anti-warping, just gently bend the print steel plate to release or pop off the prints. The 420W high-power hotbed can quickly heat up to 100°C.
【Z-axis Dual Lead Screw】The dual synchronized lead screws and dual-motor drive make the Z-axis movement more stable and smooth, avoid printing deviation driven by a single Z-axis lead screw motor, and improve printing accuracy and stability. With STM 32-bit motherboard, the X/Y/Z/E axes are all driven by silent drivers to effectively reduce the printing noise to below 50dB.
【Removable Capacitive Touchscreen】The 4.3-inch removable capacitive touch screen can be operated by hand-held or fixed on the base. Built-in print model preview function to preview the model image before printing, and observe the printing progress by previewing the real-time comparison image of the printed model.

Great review video.. The Neptune 3 plus looks perfect If i happen to win i would give this to my son who is in 1st year of college taking engineering and this would be great for him as he has had to wait for parts to be printed at he college for his projects and almost missed a couple due dates as many students are queued for parts they need printed. Again great video.. **Neptune**

This would be a gift to a life long friend. He loves D&D and would go nuts if he could print his maps and minis. I have the Neptune 3 pro and have been blown away by how well it works. I assume the Plus would be great for him with it's easier use than other printers

From one plus sized guy to another, thank you for all the informative and entertaining videos. I'm not going to lie and say I don't have a 3d printer. I've never had a new one, lol. So far all I've been able to afford were used ones that other people gave up on. Great part is, I'm learning a LOT. Downside is, and I learned this the hard way, when you can't afford a decent printer, you can't really afford to fix a bad one, hehe. I have been interested in the Neptune line of printers, came to watch this video just for the drool factor. I can't even imagine having a large format printer. If I had one I'd probably spend the whole year making christmas gifts lol. Yes, I've got a lot of friends and family members who are geeks and I love them for it :] Subscribed and looking forward to more videos.

There is a way to tighten/loosen the extruder spring - right hand side of the extruder - there's a small aperture where you can insert an allen wrench and change the tension - it's literally right there in the shot where you say there's no way to tension the extruder. See p10 of your manual.

Good stuff. I liked your Neptune 3 Pro review video enough to push me to pre-order it last month. However I canceled it upon hearing about this larger Neptune 3 Plus. I've been seeing lots of happy users on the various Neptune user groups. Unlike printers from other manufacturer that seem to have more complaints and issues. This will be a good first printer for me and the fixer group I volunteer with. I'm hoping we'll be able to fix more things with this. We had a person looking to repair their Kitchenaid stick blender. We opened it up and determined it was a stripped plastic gear. However the part wasn't offered as a replacement piece. A new fixer drop by our session and showed us Thingaverse and offered to help print a gear for it next session. They both came the following session and it worked! It made me a believer. Still looking to buy one but this hasn't been officially released. Hoping to win yours. :D

Neptune 3 plus, this would be my first FDM printer and would like to be considered for the drawing. I appreciate the negatives aspects you described of this printer, as many reviews just hype it up and share an affiliate link. I've been doing a lot of research on this size FDM and its one of my top 3 picks. The reviews that share "the bad" about a printer really help people to make better educated buying decisions. Thanks!

This NEPTUNE 3 PLUS is just amazing, my last job had a printer, but having one home would be wow.
A friend has a Prusa Mini with a Revo on it and I'm always staring at that beauty.

Good info in this video. I have been researching 3D printers for a few weeks now and I think the Elegoo Neptune 3 plus is my pick for my first printer. I have been trying to teach myself 3D design so I can teach my son (4yrs) in hopes he picks up my interests. The plus size bed is a... plus. I have a large head and would love to be able to print helmets with less work.

great video! I was late to the pre order launch party so I may have to wait a bit before snagging one these. Looks very promising!

Very cool. I like your instructionals because you are a clear speaker and your videos are clear and paced so I can understand what you're doing. I'd love to start with the Neptune plus as my first printer. My budget can't stretch that far but the price is amazing imo.

I don't own a 3D printer. I have been looking at video reviews to see what would be the easiest one for a beginner. I have been gravitating toward the Neptune 3 printers. Thank you for the informative video and keep up the good work.

Great review! I was on the lookout for a reasonably priced, budget 3d printer for myself and my class. I will be using it to make 3d builds and experiments with my kids ( I teach science in middle school). This Neptune 3 plus seems to tick a lot of the boxes i am looking for. Big size, quiet and consistent with prints. If I do get picked for this #Neptune I'd be very happy because I don't have to shell-out my own money and just worry about buying the filament consumables for my students. This would also be my return to 3d printing (after selling my geetech delta and monoprice two years ago) . I'm in AZ and willing to work with shipping :) Good luck to whoever gets picked. I'm sure it will go to whomever needs it. :)

I would love to have the Neptune 3 plus for the size of the printable area so I can print masks and helmets with my son. He loves technology and would really get a kick out of making helmets and masks with his dad. He’s almost 10 years old and his birthday is in February. It would make a great birthday present for him! My son and I would have a blast making things together and spending extra quality time with each other!

Great review and really appreciate the more down to earth feel of the video, especially coming from someone new to 3D printing. Very interest in the Neptune 3 Plus as I'm looking to print Cosplay pieces, even though its the larger more expensive version I think this would be a good "one and done" printer for my needs. Glad I found your channel and look forward to what else you have to share.

Been looking at buying the Neptune 3 Plus printer, thanks for the review. I am interested in this printer because of the larger build plate. This will be my first 3D printer and probably my only for quite some time. I like the direct drive option because I am looking to use TPU as well as PLA and PETG. Thanks again and fingers crossed.

This would "technically" be my second 3d printer HOWEVER it would be my first working printer. I got an Ender 3 S1 as my first printer and the board caught on fire when I turned it on. Turns out there was faulty wiring and I was the fortunate recipient. My main use for the NP3 Plus would be a few things: 1) projects with and toys for the kids 2) functional items for my home office and 3) busts/statues since I enjoy painting 3d subjects over canvas. The size is a help for being able to print items I couldn't or would have had to piece together because the print bed didn't allow it.
thanks for the review and thoughts on the N3 Plus :)

This would be my first printer! I would use it primarily to create dungeons and dragons terrain and buildings, since our dnd group doesn't have any. The plus size helps a lot so I wouldn't have to print big buildings in 2 or 3 pieces. Minis we already have so FDM is perfect, no need for a resin printer. Great video, love your voice and detailed reviews :) Good luck to everyone! "Neptune."

I'm so glad the Neptune was brought out with larger build volume. Same great features as the pro but more opportunity for larger prints.

Nice overview of the Elegoo Neptune 3 plus, I have been watching a ton of youtube researching what my first printer should be, thanks for the review.
