Best Cornbread Recipe Ever!

Cornbread recipe

Box Jiffy corn muffin mix (yellow box)
8 oz carton sour cream
8.25 oz can cream corn
3 large eggs
1/3 cup veg oil

Mix all well in bowl , pour into a rectangular cake pan sprayed with Pam
Bake at 375 for approx 35 or until golden brown

Cornbread recipe

-jiffy corn muffin mix (she used honey)
-8oz of sour cream
-3eggs
-1/3 vegetable oil
-8.25 ounces of creamed corn (around half) make sure it's not very moist

Grease a 13×9 pan
At 375 until the top is golden brown

Girl we always make this!! Must be a southern thing. When my son was little, he asked me to make "corny bread" he is 37. We still making it ❤

I followed your recipe the only things I did differently was use plain jiffy with a spoonful of honey, regular corn and used a muffin tin.. this was a big hit everyone loved them, we ate ours with soup beans and fried taters. Nice change from regular cornbread. I didn't have cream corn on hand or honey jiffy. But let me tell ya. Girl! Thank you for this!!❤
