For those who don't know, the other pilot calls out "positive" meaning that they have a good, positive rate of climb. Which lets the one doing the flying (not looking at the instruments) know that it is safe to put the landing gear up. The pilot doing the flying has to give the command to put the gear up. The word that is cut off at the end is "gear".

The pilot assisting probably should have been calling out other information before that, such as speed. I think I heard "rotate".

I watched a full video of a flight with this first officer . Very competent and has such enthusiasm for the 747 and her job.

I'd love to land a 737 _and_ the first officer! Also plane nerds, look at her yoke input! That was a totally 100% stabilized configuration! Awesome piloting.
