"Sen. Lindsey Graham and other congressional Republicans have slammed House Democrats for conducting their impeachment inquiry with depositions behind closed doors, but Republicans also used closed-door depositions during their impeachment inquiry of former President Bill Clinton two decades ago.

Then-Rep. Lindsey Graham, at a November 1998 news conference one day after Special Prosecutor Ken Starr publicly testified before the House Judiciary Committee, praised the Judiciary panel's plans to hold depositions before conducting public hearings. Graham was a key Republican on the Judiciary Committee and was one of the House impeachment managers during the Senate trial that followed."

The Republicans should tell Trump what he told the Kurds: "You can't expect us to protect you forever!"

How the hell can they reject impeachment BEFORE evidence is public and investigation is complete? Does it not matter to them??? It matters to me!

If someone goes to court for assault, and the jury already said nah we won’t convict him even before it started. How is that fair?

Unfortunately, in order for Trump to resign in shame, he would have to be capable of actually feeling shame in the first place

So the fate of the humanity relies on Republicans to do the right thing? Well we might as well put our head between our legs and kiss our asses goodbye.

Maybe TYT could interview Trey Gowdy and ask him if he agrees with Graham's motion and recent Republican actions and arguments that mean that Democrats should have invaded his closed Benghazi hearings. Squirm.

Looking at the pictures of Lindsey, I see a man that has not slept, is losing weight and scared to death. What does Trump have on him?

The Senate doesn't vote to impeach the House does. The Senate votes to indict after receiving the articles of impeachment from the House. The Senate will remove or not. Or am I wrong on this?

To the millions of people who were and still are being kicked off the voting rolls in republican states I urge you to go back and get your voter registration STRAIGHT NOW so that you will be eligible in the upcoming 2020 November election. More importantly, go back and check it closer to the election as they are going to continue to try to kick us off.

Even if Senate conviction was certain, he would not resign. He would be looking at prosecution if he resigned. If he was offered a pardon, he would be worried about his reputation. I doubt that he is able to admit to himself that he will lose as long as he fights. His ego is too fragile.

1) Impeach tRump
2) If they don't convict Go To 1
3) Impeach Pence
4) If they don't convict Go To 3
Celebrate saving the country

But why the staunch support from republican party? Why aren’t more rep politicians concerned about their careers and the damage the Rump is doing to their reputations. Look at pompeo: that guy has sacrificed all integrity and for what? What is the hold trump has over these people? What is the payout?

I think they need to broaden the scope to include all of Trumps crimes because if the Senate doesn't convict they are saying all the crimes are fine. That's important to have on record.

What did you say?!? 4
Even 40 crimes is probably an underestimation, the real number is probably closer to 4000.

Those who say they would never toss the president from office, should be tossed themselves from office.. They MUST hear the evidence, and if they make pre-decisions upon political party lines, then they don't need to be in office.

Hey Conservatives; do you think Trump should get as many investigations as the Benghazi incident got?
