Ranch, flats, and I agree. Fire is magical. I wholly believe open flame cooking is superior to most methods. That being said, I still tend to fry. Just easier for me since it's so wet in my area.

Flats for sure. I’m from MI so I give a slight edge to Ranch, but I live in Buffalo now so I generally order Blue Cheese.
