Michelin Star Chef + Mark Candelaria = An Extraordinary Dinner Party

Join Michelin Star Chef Gilles Epie from France & Archi-Chef Mark Candelaria during the making of an incredible dinner party. They begin in the morning shopping for all the ingredients and filleting fish at the seafood counter at AJ's Fine Foods. Then we spend the afternoon with them in the kitchen as Chef Gilles recreates the very dish that won him the Michelin Star and he shares tips and insights. Finally, the guests arrive and everyone is treated to an amazing meal in our design studio turned dining room with incredible company.
