This is helpful. It would have been great if my doctor recommended videos like this before surgery. I asked a lot of questions for having no idea what to expect out of surgery and all he said was "you'll have full range of motion, just dont put weight on it." Sir, im 37, i dont have friends who have already gone through this who can give me tips on dealing, thats all you have to say?! Im watching the rest of your videos.
