I love the great health news in this video. Great timing that I just bought a pound of walnuts yesterday. Dr. Gundry's recommends to eat a handful of walnuts daily. He also recommends pistachios, which I also have been eating the last 6 months at Dr. Gundry's recommendation. I also have been eating blanched almonds for the last 6 months at Dr Gundry's recommendation. I'll focus more on walnuts and pistachios. As per the recipes, I don't cook and I don't care about the taste of anything that is healthy for me. I just eat it no matter what. I wised up and left my 2 year old spoiled baby taste buds with zero control over what I eat. If it looks, tastes, and smells like a swamp and it is healthy for me. Then I will joyfully eat it and live happily ever after. I'm a senior in perfect health and weight and see most people my age having severely damaged their body, brain and health by eating like a spoiled baby. They choose to live in a destroyed body due to ignorance on what and how to eat and think so you are healthy and happy. I found out about Dr. Gundry about 7 years ago and it changed my life and what I eat. I also follow his long list of eat and don't eat foods which is free in a quick Google search. You will be shocked by that list and it could save your body, brain and health. For example I never used to eat olive oil until I found Dr. Gundry and now I eat real quality olive oil multiple times daily. Google Search "DR. GUNDRY’S “YES” LIST (AND THE “NO” LIST, TOO)". I have them for lunch on the run . I cup of walnuts and almonds i eat for lunch .i feel great ❤ and have loved them since i eas a kid because we had a walnut tree out the backyard

in my last 20 years I've been eating 6 Walnuts every single day and so far at 76 I was never hospitalized nor I had major health issues.. I'll keep my finger Eating wallnuts is a good and healthy habit....togheter with plenty of fruits and natural water ....

I have been eating 6-7 pieces of walnuts after lunch and the same amount after dinner. Then I eat 1 pc of square Ghirardelli with 86% cacao (dark chocolate) after lunch and dinner. A small amount of raisins comes next. Lastly, I eat Fuji apple. And I feel great every day.

Here is my Dr. Gundry inspired Power Cruciferous Organic Vegetable Salad recipe: Shred asparagus, carrots, radishes, cauliflower, broccoli, red/green lettuce, kale, cilantro, parsley, red and yellow onions and mint leaves. I usually fill half of a gallon ziplock bag with these ingredients. Add chicory root or burdock, ground flax seed, pistachios or walnuts and blueberry goat cheese to the salad bowl and top with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey dijon mustard. Uuum, good and good for you. One sometimes twice a day.
