I'm glad you're speaking on this topic of menopause but there is so much more to it that most providers aren't aware of. Some symptoms can be debilitating and women are misdiagnosed and medicated inappropriately. I was one of them but I persevered and was very proactive and finally figured out what my body needed. It took me 3 years and 10 different providers to find the right one.

Aw man....this is me! Brain fog like a mug! Trying to get out of it! Made the mistake of getting an IUD for fibroids relief. It has not been the best. I also have severe acne as well! Ugh...

My estrogen went through the roof during menopause...health issues out the wazoo. But my dr still wanted to put me on estridol..no way
