You're only realizing this now, but when paimon wasn't in the game for a little bit(voice lines missing) and sounded sick... It was shortly after that she changed her voice I swear on it.

I personally like her old voice more, but I heard the VA changed her tone because it was getting harder to stay in pitch and it started hurting a lot. So the new voice is pretty good if that’s the case

Hearing the different of tone in Paimon's voice really sounds nostalgic to when we first arrived in Teyvat. But as the story progresses, Paimon sounds more open and actually comfortable around us as a companion, and not the old Paimon who just acted as a guide. Paimon developed more openess and become more open to the traveler, became more comfortable with us, and acted as true friends.

Is it just me, or does Genshin's beginning feel more adventurous and ambitious, like the open world feels so much more vast with endless possibilities.

Mid to late game Genshin feels like Minecraft / Destiny grinding.

First voice is not as annoying but lacks flux; while the second is higher pitch but has various tones and different levels of emotion
