In that static system, the force you applied (concentrated moment) is not a torque... It is a classic bending moment in longitudinal direction for the subject beam even though its applied by twisting...
Reactions are not created only in this case (simply supported beam) and "similar cases", but will be created/affected if supports that are unable to rotate freely are present within system. Otherwise element/system reactions wont be affected.
Your videos are very visually self explanatory and good, but pls try to speak in a manner that will prevent misunderstandings or similar for starters...
