Too me any movement where you have to swing and jerk is a bad movement. So much ballistics and momentum its obvious you are not in control. Swinging and weights is a bad bad combination.Reminds me of grade school teeter totters and monkey bars. Looks more like a movement for having fun rather than gaining any mass.
