HOW TO WASH AND DRY MICROFIBER TOWELS EASY & SAFE P&S RAGS TO RICHES REVIEW

Learn how to wash and dry microfiber towels without risking destroying them. There are many ways to wash microfiber towels but why not do it the right way with a product designed to clean off the modern spray sealants as well as other tough to remove products. I recently came across another great P&S detailing product Rags To Riches and was excited to try it out. It is a premium microfiber detergent. It is very important to properly care for your microfiber towels. They are expensive and we use them a lot. They are very sensitive to heat. The microfibers start to melt at aprox. 140 degrees F. After this happens they are no longer useful for auto detailing as the will scratch the paint and perform terrible.
My 2 cents on microfiber care.
Keep them off the ground and away from loose debris as the pick it up and it is very dificult to remove.
Buy enough towels so that you can separate them by the way you use them. I color seperate mine to make it easy.
Hang dry them and store them in a sac or bag until there is enough to do a wash load of sepearted microfiber towels.
Use a high quality microfiber detergent that is capable of removing modern sealants and hydrophobic products that stick to the towel over time making them perform poorly ex P&S Rags To Riches.
Dry the freshly washed microfiber towel on low heat or no heat depending on your dryer. Remember that 140 degrees is too hot and will damage the microfiber towel. Fold and store microfiber towel in a clean safe place until next use.

Love the RR detergent, I've invested quite a bit of $ on my towels and pads, this product helps me protect and keep them doing what they do. I always pre soak and separate by task as you do, no heat air fluff and line dry. Heat is the enemy.

Great job on the channel and content! I bought this microfiber cleaner and agree that it’s awesome. The pre soak does wonders compared to a normal wash cycle. Would be cool to see you add some paint correction vids for us looking to learn more about products you’d recommend

Thanks for the recommendation from TikTok. I think I know my problem. I really should presoak the microfibers. Way too much soap in the wash. And the dryer heat was set to max. I’ll adjust my process and should see similar results.

Appreciate that the test was performed with extremely dirty cloths so that one could see the potency of the product. Would have like a couple of close-ups before and after, since it was somewhat difficult to see from a distance.
