Lol they call it organic because hydrocarbons are made up of only hydrogen and carbon. Not because "it comes from the Earth". They are using the word as a chemistry term.

In Russian this process is called "Chem cleaning" as in chemical cleaning, which is a lot less misleading than Dry cleaning.

I love how basically everyone has heard of dry cleaning, but until clicking on this video, had no idea it was wet, myself included.

The reason it is called "Dry-cleaning" is because the clothes go in dry and come out dry. Home washers are water and detergent based where clothes go in dry, gets wet, and comes out wet.
