Hi Wayne, Following your video I purchased the Ziip Halo using your discount code which was brilliant….thank you. The delivery date passed so I sent customer services an email. They replied stating that they were having problems fulfilling orders and therefore my order was cancelled. Not a good advert. I’ve seen so many people reviewing this, but I came here quick because I know I can trust you!
What has turned me away from this product is the fact there is no satisfaction guarantee. This is a $400 home device and today, for lots of people, that’s a lot of money. If the company doesn’t have enough faith in their product to offer a guarantee, it’s hard for the consumer to have faith in it. Thanks for the video!
