- library not updating? Check "Smart Updates" at Settings > Library > Smart update > disable the 4th parameter
- on MIUI and cant install/update extensions? make sure to grant all permissions at the start like battery optimization, then go to Settings > Advanced > Installer > Pick Legacy
- downloads not reflected from migration? go to Settings > Advanced > Invalidate Downloads Index

If anyone is having issues with manga downloaded using Tachiyomi not registering as downloaded in Mihon even after restoring a backup and invalidating downloads you will most likely need to manually move the folders and files from the downloads folder of Tachiyomi into the downloads folder of Mihon via a file tool. Once this is down you will need to execute the settings\advanced\invalidate downloads index command to force the app to rediscover the file paths. This worked for me on a kindle fire.

If anyone is having an issue with migrated Mihon not downloading check to see if it is not downloading due to a missing wifi connection. You may need to toggle that off if in the settings if it doesn't recognize your wifi router like it did for mine on my kindle.
