If you are having the 'incompatible archive' issue, back up your site, install WP downgrade and revert back to version 6.4.2 of wordpress. This will then work as described in the video. There is a tutorial on WP downgrade called 'How to downgrade your WordPress Version in 2 minutes' by the channel 'Mfidie - Tech Stories, Reviews, Gaming'. Solution to "incompatible package" that worked for me (windows user):
1. install plugin "wp downgrade"
2. go to settings -> wp downgrade -> version 6.4.2
3. unzip Ferdy's zip file on your computer and check if there's an unnecessary mac folder in it. Delete the mac folder and zip only the normal all-in-one folder
4. go to plugins and upload that "cleaned" zip file. do the upload of your data as described from Ferdy.
5. when all is done, go again into the wp downgrade plugin and use the bottom function to get it back to proper current version (if it hasn't automatically updated because of your migration).
