Listening to Jocko has allowed me to develop the mindset to kill my excuses and lose 80lbs in 6 months. I couldn't run 1 mile without stopping multiple times but this weekend I'm running my first half marathon! Discipline = Freedom!

Truck driver, 14 hours on, 10 hours off, and limitations on free showers. No excuses! 30 minutes spent with small exercise mat, one kettle bell, and one dumbbell. Lots of other drivers strange looks too. No excuses!!! Get after it!

I’m also a truck-driver.13 days on, 1 off. My company is very short-handed.70 plus hrs. every week. I was looking at the Jocko Store, looking for some shirts to buy.This was six weeks ago, they didn’t have any shirts in 4xl. I was pissed-off! I got back in the gym 11/2-2 hrs five to seven days a week now. I’m down 22 lbs, and just got my first Jocko shirt today in the mail today. This is just the start for me! Jocko is a national treasure! I’m fifty years old, and I have more energy now than I did twenty years ago. I’m not gonna stop! Get in the game people!
