I work 2 full time jobs spread out all 7 days and run for 45-hour everyday, then workout. I can be draining. My body produces so much energy from the constant exercising but it’s all mental.

I like this routine alot! I might try it and just sub one conditioning day with a rest day.

It’s pretty difficult trying to follow a routine like this working 10-12hrs shifts I feel like sometimes I struggle to workout even 2hrs a day because of my 4-4 schedule

I admire your dedication! But where do you find the time? I workout for an hour a day and that's hard enough! Anyway great job keep it going!
