Here is a step by step process to restore the default system font in Windows 10 operating system:-

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes]

"Segoe UI"=-

3. Click “Yes” in the next dialog box.

4. Click “Yes” again in the dialog box below:-



5. Now Restart the computer to see the effect. 

That's it, now you can enjoy the default system font in Windows 10. Hopefully, You will be able to  Fix Windows 10 Font Problem also.

If this doesn't work for you, click control panel > fonts > adjust cleartype test > choose the option you want > and then its fixed

Update: The error says " Cannot import C:\Users\(my Font.reg: The specified file is not a registry script.
You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor. "
Update 2: Nevermind, I did everything again and it worked, maybe I did something wrong, either way thanks for the help!

Okay so I have a question: anytime I press yes for Registry Editor it ends up responding that it's not a registry script and I can only import binary registry files within Registry Editor. Is there any way to fix that?
