Haig, thanks but this doesn't do what I want done. I do not want to change the size of icons at all, ONLY want larger default font perhaps with bold attribute applied as well. Can/Will you show us how to do that? In Windows 10 ver. 1803. Thanks for any help.

Dude, I'm 48 years old! I'm changing the display for my daughter who is 9 and gets eyestrain from her stinking Windows 10 laptop. Thanks, I hope I can use the method you show, because other videos suggest DOWNLOADING and application, or Scripting the Registry. Windows 10 is insane!

I see just fone, but some programs I end up using have absurdly small fonts and expect me to be right up on my monitor.

Sometimes I like getting work done while kicking back like 10ft from my monitor, so it's nice to not be forced to glue myself by doing this.
