2024 Jeep Gladiator Review

When it first debuted, the Jeep Gladiator was poised to take over the truck world, but things have been a little quiet since then. Afterall there have been recent redesigns of the Chevy Colorado, Toyota Tacoma, and the Ford Ranger Raptor is looking pretty cool too. So Jeep lowered the price and increased the equipment in the Gladiator for 2024...let's see what it brings to the table.

In Houston they have Rubicon gladiators as low as 44k right now.

These are for off road use so solid axles are more practical for its purpose. If you want a better idea on the road, get something else. Nobody gets into a mustang and complains it needs better off road capabilities.

I had a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and what I would tell people who asked questions about having a Jeep, it had a rough ride no power seats and it wouldn’t run a quarter in ten seconds. Its a Jeep, you know what you are getting either you want one or don’t its not made to suit everyone, I traded my 2008 Jeep Sahara in it had 165, 000 miles on, it they gave me 5, 000 I was a happy camper.

I don't understand. They've known the sales are slow for years, why not give us what we want? Better fuel efficiency, bed options, cab options, etc. They're releasing an awkward truck every year that only needs a couple tweaks to be wildly popular.

Right now Jeep is offering 20% discount on 2024 Gladiator Mojave and Rubicon trims. Problem is these two trims are hard to find on the dealer lots. Mostly the lower trim lines are available. I came across a 2024 Gladiator Rubicon (non X) for $17, 800 discount.

Cram the Hurricane engine in it, with it being a $3k option like the Ram and I will 100% order one

Oh yeah no one mentioned the paint chipping and failure that 3 of my friends experienced.
And one of them needing the front end rebuilt at 100, 00 (highway driving) and leaking oil

I want a vehicle that will do some medium duty towing, like a short stock trailer that may have to tow 2 steers but most likely one. That and a single large bale dolly. Lingers bed option too. Would this Jeep work?

I got a '23 Gladiator Rubicon for a great deal without that bullshit window antenna. Also, the cabin noise is not bad at all.
