When said "once I started logging my meals and my workouts my breath measurments began to come down and seemed to be more accurate based on my behaviours", it wasn't entirely clear to me. Typically, aren't these measurements determined exclusively by CO2 levels? Are you suggesting that the measurement results were skewed by your log entries, or are you indicating that the act of logging encouraged you to eat in a manner that's more in line with your health goals?
