Good video. Given me some things to try out. I like the conversational style. Very good scenarios you work through. Maybe just try mocking your customers a little less though. I almost get the feeling that you think people who try to do their own startups these days are complete and utter fools. They are your customers though, so maybe encourage them a little more.
