Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 - NEW Hands-On Gameplay - STUNNING Visuals!

The MSFS2024 Tech Alpha is currently live, until Monday morning UK time. It's a chance to jump in and check out the new sim, whilst at the same time helping Microsoft test the sim.

Another Youtuber said on his recent video that Microsoft should go full in and make a Microsoft World game. Branch out their amazing system to train sim, boat sim and trucking sim developers. NGL I think this would be the ultimate simulation engine for everyone to work their creativity into. Standing on the ground and seeing species appropriate trees for the biome with appropriate leaves color for the season and even no leaves is mind blown beauty.

Bad weather and rain, but the pilot is still wearing sun glasses. That's actually pretty realistic 😂

With that kind of tech Microsoft should do a space sim with atmospheric flights. If they start today, then it will probably release before Star Citizen does.

It's incredible how dated 2020 looks now.

It's looking amazing. I'll surely spend many hours bush flying in this game.
Now I think the clouds are the weakest spot though. They have nice lighting but their shapes look like foam blobs merging together in a weird way.

I've been playing flight simulators since the 80s, and I remember having various conversations about detail over the years, but I still never expected to see this level of detail in a flight simulator within my lifetime.

I think internet speed will be crucial. I can see the scenery loading in being an issue for many people who don’t have super fast internet

I'm trying to think of a bigger leap in gaming technology over a 5yr period, phenomenal upgrade. Would like to see some examples of road traffic and how that's improved.

I want to mention there is a grass bug within the Alpha that prevents grass from loading in properly, but im sure Asobo is now aware of the issue.

I am SO excited! I stopped sim flying ironically because I became a paramotor pilot, but this has drawn me back in all over again!!!
